1 to 12 months old

Dear baby boy Davis,

You are a complete joy to your father and I will love you so much and enjoy every single day been your mommy and daddy. You are now in nine months old and just three months away from turning one year old. You currently have six teeth and I think you're to back molars are coming in as well. Your first time eating crackers was yesterday and you enjoyed them very much you ate about three of them at a time ---it was so cute!! One of your most favorite things to do is play with your puppy named Gibbons--you play and just laugh at him so much!  It is a joy to watch you all play together! Thanksgiving and Christmas just passed we went to North Carolina both times this year to visit Papa and Nanny and great Granny Shirley! We had so much fun with the family except on Christmas you were a little bit sick and teething you felt just horrible but by new years eve felt better and you were a joy to be around! For Christmas you got tons of gifts and clothes and toys to play with your Nanny and grandpa also gave you money to put in your college fund! They are so thoughtful and sweet... all of your grandparents are!!! Tonight you are staying with your Nana so mommy and daddy can get some rest and put up all the Christmas decorations tomorrow we will go to your friend Leah's first birthday party.  We can't wait to take you so you can play and see all your friends!! I love you with all my heart sweet little boy!!

Watch me grow!

Our little boy is growing! He's already 6 months! He has two bottom teeth, is sitting up and just turned over from front to back! He's enjoying formula and eating solids! He is such a happy and healthy baby! We are so blessed to call him our son! Halloween is coming up soon and he is be a dragon! Can't wait to show all the neighbors his costume! This summer we headed to the beach and Davis had his first time at the beach and his first time eating solids! He starting to communicate with us more and more and makes funny noises and is starting to 'spit'! It is very amusing to watch! He also enjoys playing with all his toys! He goes to daycare now three times a week and one day a week my mom watches him and another day a week Derek's mom watches him! He loves his nana and Mimi very much!

Davis is now 4 months old!! Wow times flies!! He is chatting up a storm and puts everything in his mouth! He went to see dr. Peirce last week and he says he is doing great and growing so well. He weighs 15lbs and 10oz!! Almost 16 lbs! He still gets breastmilk and has ever since he was a little baby. Davis is defiantly the light of our life! He started daycare this past Wednesday and did really good. Mrs. Sarah watches him in the baby room and he loves watching the other kids play. I start my new job Monday and we will be going through a little adjustment and schedule change but it will be good in the long run! Davis slept 12 hours through the night two nights ago! He is a great sleeper!!! Just hope he stays that way!!:)

Davis' first pool day

Davis' first pool day was spent at the pool with our good friends Haley and nick Chastang! We had a great time. Davis lasted about 2 hours. He was getting hot and the water was too cold for him to get in.
