Dining room before pictures (before the floors were refinished)
the floors were refinished (sanded and stained with a dark walnut stain)
dining room in progress pictures, painting trim and walls after priming both with oil based primer (1 coat which works best for wood paneling)
Fire place finished... painted black satin. I also painted the harth on the floor with white semi gloss paint (same used for trim work) and three coats of polyurethane acraylic
still to come in dining room...
1-replace light fixture
2-buy curtains
3-get dining room table
4-rug
5-round mirror above fireplace from ikea
6- purchase china cabinet
paint colors for living room. we went with the one to the left.
we painted the living room and dining room the same color. Benjamin Moore Moonshine
we also painted a accent wall which is painted Rainstorm by Sherwin Williams

1- hang white wall shelves on accent wall
2-place white side tables
3- buy media cabinet
4-buy coffee table
5-new rug?
